Pastor Troy is a seasoned teacher of Faith, Prosperity and the whole, Word of God. He ministers in a supernatural anointing of love, favor and healing. God has given him a very large vision and it's his desire to be available to God's call in equipping the saints, reaching the lost and teaching others how to walk in faith and to be doers of the Word. He emphasizes how important it is to be aware of the prompting of the Holy Spirit and to yield ourselves to the obedience of Christ and the call He has on our live.

About Pastor Troy

As a teenager, Pastor Troy Dailey had many prophecies pertaining to his call to ministry. Always mindful of God, he spent many years ministering by divine appointment, without actually having an official title or really having a strong biblical knowledge. He remembers even as a child being overwhelmingly drawn to the cross and what it symbolizes. He said the early movies such as Jesus of Nazareth, Moses, Ben Hurr and others along the lines of God triumphing over evil, had an incredible effect on him. He felt an urging to seek after the Lord. He always felt as though he could not compromise and conform to worldly immorality, even though he didn't completely know why.

Upon the separation of his parents, his mother, Carol was advised by Christian friends and family to seek the Lord by attending a non-denominational church where she received Salvation and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. In doing so, it had a very impacting influence on Troy and his sister as well as other friends and family members.

At fourteen years of age, in a service hosted by a guest speaker who flowed in the gifts of the spirit, an alter call was given for anyone who wanted a double portion. Troy and his best friend, now also a minister, went to the front for prayer. The Evangelist poured the oil container over his best friend's head, and he immediately was slain in the spirit. When he turned to Troy and asked if he wanted a double portion, Troy looked at his friend on the floor, and terrified he replied, "No!" However, when he left the line methodically giving God praise and glory... he received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, thus conformed to the purpose of the whole Word of God.

Since then, he was involved in various ministries, being promoted to leadership positions.

Though he had musical ability, he turned away from worldly record offers to serve in praise and worship which glorified God. Through his dedication, he was promoted to other positions, eventually becoming the Associate Pastor. Being there alone opened many doors and opportunities, which provided a tremendous foundation for seasoning. Serving as an Associate Pastor for eight years, he was also the marriage counselor. He performed many marriage, baby dedication, baptism and funeral ceremonies. He also taught as a substitute at The South Florida Bible Training Center, an affiliate of Rhema Bible College, when principle teachers were unavailable.

Faith In His Word Fellowship Church was birthed as God gave Troy the heart to pastor as well as evangelize. Pastor Troy has opened the doors of the church to many respected preachers, teachers, evangelists, missionaries and music ministries well known throughout the world.

Pastor Troy has participated in conferences, retreats, outreaches and has made various television preaching appearances on TBN. He is ordained through AFCM (Association of Faith Churches and Ministers).
