BOOKING INFORMATION

1. Churches or Ministry Conferences Rick Kendall comes on a love offering basis. For meetings outside of South East Florida region, accommodations and meals should be made available by the host ministry or conference.

2. Business Conferences: Secular Motivational Seminars, or Business Conferences, Dr. Rick sets a $800.00 minimum. This is negotionable.

3. Travel Expenses:  Speaking engagements requiring travel of more than 300 miles should be by flight at the expense of the host ministry or conference (however this is also negotionable depending on hosting ministry's ability to pay for flights). If Rick travels by car, gas expense will be paid for by the host organization.

4. Rick needs a table to display product items. If the host organization does audio or video taping of event, permission should be given by Rick to use video/ audio for sale.
