Basic Kingdom Definitions
As ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven, we (believers) represent the King
of Kings - Jesus. Every ambassador has an official headquarters, or an embassy.
Even though, by geography, embassies are located in foreign lands, the embassy
proper and it's ambassador are considered sovereign property of the government
they represent. In keeping with this typology, we are the Lord's ambassadors
sent from His embassy on special assignment to proclaim His message and purpose
throughout the earth. God's embassy on earth is His collective
"network" of churches.
(2Cor.5:20 NKJV
"Now then,
we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us; we
implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God."
By
establishing Embassies of God's Kingdom we
will infiltrate the world around us with our government's policies. This
Kingdom attitude was mandated by our Lord when He said, "go into every
nation to equip, train and reveal to those things I have commanded
you." Thereby, bringing our government's dominion in this world but
not becoming a part of it.
This goes
beyond "religion", in fact, it is founded on a governmental
RELATIONSHIP with God as our Father and King, that seats (sets) us in heavenly
places (positions) of authorized authority appointed by God who is the Author
and refiner of our purpose, faith and destiny. The Best Is Yet To Come as we
process and fulfill what God has already called DONE!
To The King!
